Service Spotters is looking for spotters, standby people and supervisors who enjoy field work and want to be paid fairly for it. We run DIDO and FIFO rosters on projects across Australia.
Roles we hire for
Casual, project-based and full-time positions across civil, utilities, resources, renewables and infrastructure programs.
- Safety Spotter: powerline, excavation, plant and crane spotting
- Standby Person: confined space, height and hot works cover
- Field Supervisor: multi-crew spotter programs on large sites
- Field Coordinator: rostering, inductions and client liaison
What we look for
A current driver's licence, a White Card, first aid, and the tickets for the role, such as an electrical spotter course for powerline work or confined space entry for standby work. Experience on construction or resources sites is a strong plus.
